Lobster Boil On the Beach

No need to check the lobster traps, we'll do it for you.  Come on down to the beach on August 11th at 6:00 PM for the annual LBYC Lobster Boil. Those tasty crustaceans will soon be winging their way to the shores of Lake Michigan for your eating delight.  This is always one of the nicest events of the summer season.  Mark it on your schedule now to enjoy an evening of good food, friends and fun on the beach.  A separate invitation and sign up form will be coming in the next few weeks.

Help House a Sailor

Volunteers are needed to house participants in the 2001 North American’s during the first week of August.  This is a great way to meet sailors from around the country and even from some foreign countries.  If you can help out by giving an out of town sailor a place to sleep, please call Karen Jenkins at 234-2532.
