Racers are encouraged to join the
Sunfish Class Association. This is how you obtain your official
Sail Number, and a subscription to the "Windward Leg". You
must be a member to sail in many Sunfish Regattas
(mandatory for Regionals,
and for North Americans which will be in Highland Park this year).

Racers are encouraged to join US
Sailing. US Sailing supports sailing and sailboat racing.
A membership entitles you to discounts at some regattas, free "Racing
Rules of Sailing" book, and subscription to
"Sailing World"
