All members who participate in the
sailing program must sign the following statement:
I, the undersigned, hereby
agree and realize that in sailing as a member of the Lake Bluff Yacht Club, I
do so at my own risk. In addition, I
assume responsibilities for anyone who may join me on my boat or a Club owned
boat. I further agree that the Lake
Bluff Yacht Club, its Board of Directors, and members at large will not be held
responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages to property. I have read and agree to comply with the
Club’s Terms and Conditions of Club Boat Use.
